It's known as the Oscars of Fashion. The annual Costume Institute Gala is the most decadent, fabulous celebration of fashion known to Earth. This year, it was themed in spirit of Paul Poiret, the "King of Fashion." And, not surprisingly, everyone showed up looking amazing in twentieth-century couture, inspired and impacted by the famous designs of Paul Poiret. Hosted by Balenciaga's Nicolas Ghesquiere, Cate Blanchett, and Vogue's Anna Wintour, the night was sure to be ground-breaking.
